Thank you for your interest in applying to EduSparkClass (https://edusparkclass.org), an in-person coaching organization for NEET and JEE preparation. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for the admission application fee. By submitting an application, you agree to this policy.

1. Admission Application Fee – Non-Refundable

The fee paid for the admission application is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete or submit the admission application.
  • Withdrawal of the application after submission.
  • Rejection of the application based on eligibility or screening criteria.
  • Duplicate payments (except in cases of proven technical error).

We strongly advise all applicants and guardians to review the eligibility criteria and admission instructions carefully before making any payment.

2. Technical Issues or Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate payments for the admission application fee), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment (e.g., bank statement, transaction ID, screenshot). Refunds for verified duplicate payments will be processed after internal verification and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
